Installation (Plumbing Mast)
- Usually installation is done using chemical anchors bolts and by foundation bolts in heavy-duty cranes
- Drop plumb line from top of mast, using fixture or equivalent
- At point 50 mm below the top mast plate, set plumb line a distance of 100 mm from the surface of the mast pipe
- At point "Y", 1500 mm below point "X" (approximately where rollers will contact mast pipe), the distance between plumb line and the surface of the mast pipe should also be 100 mm
- When mast is plumb and grout (FS300l) has cured; fully tighten the anchor bolt hardware
- Verify mast is plumb or not
- To prevents doom drifting Mast should be plumb

Maintenance Instructions
- Periodicity greasing of main elements in between 6 to 12 months as per operational frequency
- Checking of foundation bolt fittings should be done at fixed intervals to avoid arm rotation imbalance
- Greasing of Guide Ring should be done on a monthly basis or earlier
- Loosening of Gear meter bolts must be checked to see gear and pinion alignment is proper or not
